After trimming the glasses, there are unreacted raw material monomers and powder under the grinding edge on the surface, and they are cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaning tank.

5. Secondary curing

The function of secondary curing in glasses production is to eliminate stress inside the glasses and repair the surface of the glasses, making the dents on the surface of the glasses smoother. Finally, the glasses after secondary curing are inspected and stored in the warehouse.

6. Hardening

Soaking, alkali treatment, surface soaking, alkali treatment, rinsing, water cutting, drying, cooling, soaking hardening, preparation for drying and other sequential hardening treatments are carried out. The hardening solution mainly forms a transparent film, increases the surface hardness of the glasses, and enhances the adhesion between the coating film and the substrate surface. 7. Coating

Place the chuck filled with glasses into the coating machine for coating. The purpose of painting is to reduce the reflection of light, but it is impossible to avoid the reflection of light. There will always be residual colors on the surface of the glasses, which means that the coated glasses are radiation resistant, anti-static, scratch resistant, and pollution resistant, making it easier to clean.
